Rick navigated us through a very tenuous situation with the seller of the first home in Crestone which we had intended to purchase. When we encountered difficulty in obtaining the release of our earnest money, Rick advised us, with a level head, on our options, ultimately resulting in release of our funds. It would have been difficult for us, being from out of state, to deal with this on our own. He advised us on so many issues such as market values, lot consolidation, utilities, advantages and disadvantages of prospective homes, and other items too numerous to mention, that we felt truly relieved he was genuinely interested in our welfare as human beings, and not just as clients. He was so attentive to details that without his oversight, I truly doubt whether our relocation to Crestone could have materialized. In short, he is the most conscientious realtor I have used in over 40 years of real estate transactions. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
