Rick guided us through three transactions (a lot a Crestone, a home in Crestone, and a home in Forbes Park). He is extremely helpful and responsive. His knowledge of the various subdivisions in The Baca Grande enabled us to identify and purchase a suitable lot. Rick always went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. For example, even though we were unable to attend a walk-through of the home in Forbes Park, he went anyway and made note of one or two items that the seller had failed to correct.
