Rick is incredibly helpful and professional! I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. For context, my wife and I reached out to Rick on a whim during a trip to Crestone and he showed us a house that perfectly fit our needs, which is quite impressive considering the inventory in Crestone is very low! After we left Crestone, we decided to make an offer. Since we don't live in the area, we had to complete most of the process over email and the phone, but Rick made it easy. He was very responsive via email (not always true for all real estate professionals!) and was happy to jump on a call to explain anything we were confused about, big or small. We really appreciate his attention to detail and patience. He kept everything moving forward to ensure we didn't miss any deadlines. He also visited the property several times for various reasons since we couldn't be present. Rick really went above and beyond to help us out, which we appreciated since we could not be in town. One note for clarity on my review above: in this transaction, Rick was a Transaction Broker, which I understand is common in smaller markets like Crestone. As such, he could advise us on facts, but he was always transparent he wouldn't be directly involved in negotiations. I still gave him 5 stars because this category doesn't really apply in this case, but he did a great job in the role he fulfilled.
