I recommend Rick to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line realtor. Early on, he listened to my concerns as a seller, as the previous appraiser missed some key footage and other things on my home. Rick got it quickly, and was aggressive and professional in getting my house on the market at a good price, and was very detailed oriented.
